Joan Borrell, together with his wife Pamela Castillo are the owners of Llevataps, located in the heart of Girona. When starting this project, Joan started to research professional kitchen equipment manufacturers and came across Electrolux Professional.

Chef Baxtrom said: "I met a whole bunch of people from Electrolux. I really like the product. It was just more that I could bring to the table. They’ve always been supportive".
