Ninfea restaurant, once an icon of Neapolitan cuisine around the world, shines once again in Akademia Cucina and More. A dream, that of Adriano Gigante who took his first steps at Ninfea, that became reality.
The huge white building that rises from the water was named after the ancient Roman villa built by Marco Tullio Cicerone, who was fascinated by the calm shores of the lake. A place dedicated to relaxation, with spaces that are well divided and finely furnished.
“My dream is to keep Akademia open forever, and I hope that at the same time it becomes a door-opener for all my collaborators. I hope, in the future, they will be able to work in famous restaurants bringing the experience they have acquired here”, comments Adriano Gigante.

At Akademia, the kitchen, which was once hidden, has been brought to the sight of the guests. Only a window separates it from the dining room and the kitchen now is clearly visible from the bar area. It places the spotlight on the Chef and his brigade.
The undisputed eye-catcher is the thermaIine Modular 90 cooking block, chosen for its essential design.
