Ingredients:

  • Old white, purple, yellow or orange carrots, 1 kg
  • Sugar, 6 g
  • Fine salt, 10 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil, 40 ml
  • Fresh thinly sliced ginger, 60 g
  • Lemon zest slices, 10 g
  • Orange zest slices, 10 g
  • Fresh thyme sprigs, 10 g
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, 10 g
  • Fresh sage sprigs, 10 g
  • Garlic, 20 g

The recipe… step by step!


Wash the carrots and soak them in water for at least 1 hour.


Drain the carrots. Slice them in your Trinity Pro to 1 mm thick long slices.


On your SkyLine PremiumS, start the automatic program “Carrot Chips.”

Season the carrots with all remaining ingredients and place on the U-pan dehydration trays. Load and start the automatic dehydration process.
